How long does it take?

Each session is 60 minutes. The duration of your journey depends on your goals:

Many clients experience significant progress within 6–12 sessions.

What does it cost?

  • CBT Sessions: £75 (60 minutes)

  • EMDR Sessions: £100 (90 minutes)

What are your qualifications?

I am a fully qualified therapist with:

  • BABCP accreditation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

  • Full training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

  • Over 13 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  • Additional expertise as a trauma-informed yoga instructor and ADHD coach.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes, all sessions are strictly confidential. I follow the ethical guidelines set out by the BABCP and other professional bodies. The only exceptions to confidentiality occur if there is a concern for your safety or the safety of others, which we will discuss fully at the outset.

Yes! As part of treatment and my group coaching program, I am happy to provide further resources and comprehensive workbooks. These include:
