ABOUT INTEGRATE PSYCHOTHERAPY

ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Amy! I’m a mum of two, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapist with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals, particularly those with neurodiversity. I offer a holistic approach that combines body-based therapies, trauma-informed yoga, and creative expressive techniques to help you find freedom in your true colours. I’m passionate about empowering individuals to embrace their authentic selves, manage their symptoms, and live fulfilling lives.

Five years ago, I received my ADHD diagnosis. It was a pivotal moment in my life, helping me finally understand myself in a deeper way. This year, I was also diagnosed with autism—another piece of the puzzle that helped me see the world through a new lens. These experiences have been transformative, both personally and in my career.

I felt an overwhelming desire to create a service that could help others facing similar challenges. Over the years, I’ve seen first-hand how difficult it can be to navigate life, parenting and work without the right support. My own experiences have shown me the gaps in specialist services for neurodiverse individuals—gaps that often leave people like us feeling misunderstood and unsupported.

That’s why I’ve built this practice. My goal is to offer the kind of help I wished existed when I was struggling—help that’s informed by lived experience and backed by professional expertise in both coaching and therapy. I’m not just here to provide solutions—I’m here because I understand the complexities of neurodiversity from the inside out.

I am passionate about offering a safe space for growth and transformation, where you can feel empowered, heard, and understood. My approach is rooted in empathy, patience, and a deep commitment to helping you live the life you truly deserve.
